Position: Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry.
2. Document Filing and Management.
3. Sending request for quotations and doing follow ups.
4. Assist in preparation of documents.
Requirements:
1. Willing to learn and able to perform tasks efficiently.
2. Preferably competent in MS Office and Outlook.
3. Preferably proficient in both English and Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking associates and understand technical proposals or documents in Chinese).
4. Singaporean / SPR preferred.
